Dear brothers and sisters,
We are happy to announce and invite all HARP-aged youth of the EUME region to the European Winter HARP Workshop 2025/26 in Glanów, Poland! Below you will find the relevant information in regards to this workshop:
Place: Glanów workshop center, near Krakow, Poland
Dates: December 29, 2025 - January 3, 2026 (arrival by 18:00, departure from 12:00)
Participants’ age: 14-18
Workshop language: English
Workshop fee: This workshop is supported by the EUME HQ.
EARLY BIRD registered until November 15th: 500 PLN (120 EUR)
REGULAR registered between November 16th - December 6th: 630 PLN (150 EUR)
LATE registered from December 7th: 760 PLN (180 EUR)
Cancellation fee for cancellations after December 7th: 200 PLN (50 EUR)
We request all participants to pay in PLN due to fluctuating PLN-EUR exchange rates.
Workshop Motto:
Faith over Fear
The motto “Faith over Fear” carries a timeless truth that runs deep in our faith. It’s about choosing trust over anxiety, conviction over hesitation, and love over worry. Faith means putting our confidence not in our own control, but in something greater - in God’s guidance that stays steady even in the worst circumstances. It invites us to see challenges not as threats but as opportunities to grow in courage, trust, and purpose.
For the those joining this workshop, Faith over Fear is a chance to build that inner strength - the kind that helps you face what’s ahead with clarity and confidence. It’s about learning to recognize fear for what it is, yet not letting it lead the way.
Our hope is that through this experience, each participant will walk away with a deeper sense of conviction - ready to overcome doubts, make bold decisions, and move into the future with faith as their compass and courage as their companion.

Registration process:
Register online here.
You will receive an automatic reply to the email address provided by you on the registration form. With this you can check whether your registration went through. Please check your mailbox including the SPAM folder.
We will send a confirmation email within 5 days, if there is a place for you – we will use the email address you provided at the registration. A waiting list will be available if all spots are taken.
Transfer the participation fee within 5 days of receiving an email confirming your registration to the bank account given in the confirmation email sent to you.
We will send you an email confirming your payment once the amount reaches the bank account.
If all the above mentioned steps are done, you are fully confirmed to attend the workshop!
The registration deadline is December 6th, but we kindly ask you to apply as soon as possible to help us with the practical preparations. Before the workshop starts, you will receive an email with the practical information regarding travel arrangements, health form, Code of Conduct, and other necessary details.

And lastly, for everyone willing to come or support this project we warmly invite you to join us in a 21-day condition for the success of this workshop between December 6th - 28th. We will really appreciate all the support we can get in building the foundation for the best experience with God and each other that we can create. 🙂
